Who is the seller?

Everglow Love is an operating name used by Chinedu Egbo, an individual sole proprietor based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Everglow Love is the seller, customer-facing brand and customer-support contact for orders placed through this website.

What does Everglow Love sell?

We offer made-to-order gifts and keepsakes, including message-card jewellery, watches, blankets, journals, drinkware and acrylic displays. The exact materials, dimensions, finishes and available options are stated on each product page.

Who makes and ships the products?

ShineOn is our third-party production and fulfilment partner. Depending on the product, production availability and delivery routing, an order may be produced or dispatched from a ShineOn fulfilment facility in the United States or Europe, including the Netherlands. Everglow Love remains responsible for customer support and the commitments stated on this website.

Where do you deliver?

We currently accept online orders for eligible delivery addresses in the United States, Canada, and international destinations available through our checkout. Product prices, shipping charges, and checkout totals are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

How long does preparation take?

Normal production and handling take approximately 2–4 business days after the order is considered received.

How long does delivery take?

After the 2–4 business-day processing period, Standard Shipping to the United States and Canada normally takes 3–7 business days. International Standard Shipping normally takes 7–15 business days.

The estimated total time, including processing and transit, is approximately 5–11 business days for the United States and Canada and 9–19 business days for international destinations. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.00 CAD for orders delivered to the United States and Canada. International orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $14.95 CAD. These rates will be displayed at checkout. For complete delivery information, please review our Shipping Policy.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us immediately. A change or cancellation is possible only before production begins and is not guaranteed because made-to-order products can enter production quickly. See Personalization and Order Changes.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

No. Products are made to order, so we do not accept voluntary buyer’s-remorse or change-of-mind returns. Verified damaged, defective or incorrect-product claims are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

What happens if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact support@everglowlove.com within 30 calendar days after the recorded delivery date. Include the order number and clear photographs of the complete product, affected area, packaging and shipping label when relevant.

What if a shipment appears to be lost in transit?

Contact Everglow Love promptly if tracking indicates that a shipment may have been lost in transit. Lost-in-transit claims should be submitted within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date so that the shipment can be investigated and, where applicable, a claim can be submitted with the fulfilment provider or carrier.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout using Shopify Payments, PayPal or another method displayed at checkout. Exact availability can depend on the device and checkout configuration.

Does Everglow Love collect GST/HST?

Everglow Love is not currently registered to collect GST/HST. If this status changes, checkout and the applicable store policies will be updated.

How do I track an order?

When tracking becomes available, Shopify sends a shipping-confirmation email to the email address used at checkout. See our Order Tracking page for further information.
