Payment Policy

Currency

Product prices, shipping charges and checkout totals are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Accepted payment methods

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout using Shopify Payments, PayPal or another payment method displayed at checkout. The exact methods available can depend on the device, customer eligibility and current checkout configuration.

Payment security

Complete card or payment-account details are entered into and processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or the selected payment provider. Everglow Love does not normally receive or store a complete payment-card number. We may receive limited transaction information such as the payment method, authorization result, payment status and transaction identifier.

Authorization and order confirmation

Submitting payment authorizes the selected provider to process the amount shown at checkout. An order is not successfully paid when authorization is declined, incomplete or reversed.

Shopify normally sends an order-confirmation email after a successful checkout. Keep this confirmation for your records.

Accurate payment information

Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and payment information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Order review

Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, suspected fraud, materially incomplete information, prohibited personalization content, production availability or an obvious technical or pricing error. If a paid order is cancelled before fulfilment, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Shipping and taxes

Shipping charges are displayed separately before payment and must match our Shipping Policy.

Everglow Love is not currently registered to collect GST/HST. If the business becomes required or elects to register, checkout settings and the applicable policies will be updated. Any tax legally required and configured will be shown before payment.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to our Return and Refund Policy. The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post a credit after it is initiated.
