1. Seller and contracting party
This website and online store are operated under the name Everglow Love by Chinedu Egbo, an individual sole proprietor based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
โEverglow Love,โ โwe,โ โusโ and โourโ refer to Chinedu Egbo carrying on business under the name Everglow Love. โYouโ and โyourโ refer to the person visiting the website or placing an order.

2. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms apply when you access the website, use a store feature, create or use a customer account, submit content, place an order or otherwise interact with Everglow Love.
By completing a purchase or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
3. Store market and currency
The store accepts online orders for delivery to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada, and international destinations available through checkout. Product prices and checkout totals are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
4. Review and correction before purchase
Before submitting payment, you are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, selected options, personalization details, prices, shipping address, billing information, shipping charges and complete order total shown at checkout.
Shopify checkout provides an opportunity to review and correct information before the order is submitted. Do not complete the purchase until the information is accurate.
5. Electronic order record
After an order is submitted, Shopify normally sends an electronic order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. The confirmation and the policies available on the website form part of the transaction record.
You should retain the confirmation, receipt, product information and policies for your records.
6. Products and made-to-order production
Everglow Love offers made-to-order gifts and keepsakes, including personalized and non-personalized products. Products are produced after purchase through ShineOn, our third-party production and fulfilment partner.
Product photographs are intended to show the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours, scale and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, production tolerances and the selected product options. Any material variation will remain subject to applicable law and the Return and Refund Policy.
7. Personalization and customer responsibility
You are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, messages, spelling, capitalization, photographs, artwork, designs, colours, finishes, sizes, quantities and other customer-selected information before placing an order.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. A product manufactured according to the submitted and confirmed information is not considered defective solely because the customer submitted incorrect information.
8. Customer-submitted content
You must have all rights, permissions and lawful authority required to submit any photograph, artwork, name, message, review or other content.
When you submit content for personalization, fulfilment, support or review publication, you grant Everglow Love and the relevant service providers a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, modify for technical production, transmit and use that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Process, produce, personalize, fulfil, ship and support the order;
- Investigate a customer-service claim;
- Publish a review or related content when you submit it for publication; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
You remain responsible for the content you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, obscene or invasive of another personโs privacy.
We may refuse, remove or cancel content or an order when reasonably necessary to protect rights, comply with law or enforce these Terms. If an order is cancelled before production for this reason, the applicable payment will be refunded.
9. Prices, shipping charges and taxes
The price displayed for a selected product option is the product price before any shipping charge or tax shown separately at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the current Shopify shipping configuration and are displayed before payment. Current shipping rates, handling times, transit estimates and delivery conditions are stated in the Shipping Policy.
Everglow Love is not currently registered to collect GST/HST. If the tax status changes or a tax is otherwise legally required and configured, the applicable amount will be displayed at checkout and the store policies will be updated.
10. Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout using Shopify Payments, PayPal or another payment method displayed at checkout.
Payment providers may perform authorization, identity, fraud and security checks under their own terms and privacy notices. Everglow Love does not normally receive or store a complete payment-card number.
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment and billing information provided is accurate.
11. Order submission and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent reasonable review for payment authorization, fraud, inaccurate information, production availability, prohibited content or an obvious listing or pricing error.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:
- Payment failure or suspected unauthorized payment;
- Materially incomplete or inaccurate order information;
- Content that violates these Terms or applicable law;
- Production or fulfilment unavailability;
- An obvious pricing, product, shipping or technical error; or
- A legal or regulatory requirement.
If a paid order is cancelled before fulfilment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
12. Changes and cancellations
Contact support@everglowlove.com immediately to request an order change or cancellation.
Because products are made to order and may enter production quickly, a change or cancellation is possible only before production begins and is not guaranteed. The order cutoff stated in the Shipping Policy determines when handling-time calculations begin; it does not create a guaranteed cancellation period.
13. Shipping and delivery
Products are produced and dispatched through ShineOn. The current delivery area, production origin, handling time, transit estimates, shipping charges, tracking process, customs information and delivery-claim procedures are governed by the Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless a written guarantee is expressly provided. Products in one order may be shipped separately without an additional post-checkout shipping charge solely because the shipment is split.
14. Returns, replacements and refunds
Return eligibility, defect claims, incorrect-item claims, replacements, remakes, authorized mail returns, return-shipping responsibility and refund timing are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
Because products are made to order, Everglow Love does not accept voluntary buyerโs-remorse or change-of-mind returns. This does not affect verified claims for damaged, defective or incorrect products or any mandatory legal right.
15. Reviews and public submissions
If you submit a review, rating, photograph or other content for publication, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and does not contain unlawful, misleading, infringing, confidential or abusive material.
We may moderate or remove public content for a legitimate reason, but we will not alter a review to misrepresent the reviewerโs opinion.
16. Website use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping activity consistent with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraud, impersonation or unlawful activity;
- Interfere with the website, checkout, security or another user;
- Introduce malware, automated abuse or harmful code;
- Scrape, copy or exploit store content in violation of law or intellectual-property rights;
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or information;
- Submit false reviews, false claims or misleading information; or
- Use another personโs personal information without lawful authority.
17. Intellectual property
Original Everglow Love branding, logos, layout, written content and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Supplier photographs, product designs, software, fonts, applications, trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used under applicable permissions, licences or platform arrangements.
No content may be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without lawful authorization.
18. Third-party services and sales channels
The store uses Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, production, fulfilment, shipping, tracking, reviews, customer communication, product feeds, marketing, analytics, social-media publishing and sales-channel distribution.
These services may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, ShineOn, Simprosys, Judge.me, Klaviyo, TrackingMore, Google and YouTube, Meta platforms, TikTok, Pinterest and Shop, depending on the features enabled.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Everglow Love remains responsible for its own promises to customers and will not use a third-party arrangement to avoid an obligation that applies to the seller.
19. Accuracy and corrections
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, prices, availability, policies and website content accurate.
We may correct typographical, technical, product, pricing, availability, shipping or policy errors. If a material error affects a submitted order, we will contact the customer with available options or cancel the affected order and issue the applicable refund.
We will not substitute a materially different product without the customerโs agreement.
20. Service availability
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, platform outages, network issues, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but this section does not limit obligations relating to an order already accepted and paid for.
21. Warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an โas availableโ basis and we do not guarantee that every website function will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Everglow Love is responsible for remedies required by applicable law and for the commitments expressly stated in the product listing and store policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everglow Love will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable liability.
22. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
This governing-law clause does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in the province or territory where the customer resides.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, store features, service providers or business practices.
The version in effect when an order is submitted will normally govern that order, except where a change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer. The current version will be posted with a revised โLast updatedโ date.
25. Severability and no waiver
If part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
26. Entire agreement
These Terms, the order confirmation, the applicable product listing and the policies linked from the website form the agreement concerning an online order.
If a specific written promise made by Everglow Love conflicts with a general provision, the more specific promise will apply to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
