1. Business operator
These Terms of Service apply to the website and online store operated under the name Everglow Love by Chinedu Egbo, a sole proprietor based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

2. Acceptance
By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.
3. Products and personalization
Products are prepared after purchase by third-party production and fulfilment partners. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, messages, uploaded images, spelling, capitalization, selected options and shipping addresses before submitting an order.
4. Orders, cutoff and processing
Our order cutoff is 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday–Friday. Orders placed and paid by the cutoff are considered received that business day. Orders paid after the cutoff, on weekends or on Alberta statutory holidays are considered received the next business day.
Normal processing and handling take 3–5 business days. Canada Standard transit normally takes 4–8 business days after processing. The normal total estimate is approximately 7–13 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
The cutoff determines when processing time begins. It is not a same-day shipping promise and does not guarantee a cancellation window.

Rates are based on the order subtotal used by Shopify checkout.
Orders above $459.00 CAD: Shopify currently has no Canada Standard Shipping rate configured above this subtotal. Contact support@everglowlove.com before placing a larger order.
6. Prices, currency and payment
Store prices and checkout totals are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Everglow Love is not currently registered for GST/HST and does not currently collect GST/HST.
7. Order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation means the order was received, but an order may still be reviewed for payment verification, incomplete information, suspected fraud, product availability or an obvious pricing or listing error.
8. Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds
Changes and cancellations are possible only before production begins and are not guaranteed. Returns, replacements, remakes and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
9. Shipping and delivery
Production, handling, transit, tracking, customs and delivery information are governed by the Shipping Policy. Products in the same order may ship separately.
10. Submitted content
You must have the right to submit any image, message, review or other content. When content is submitted for personalization, you authorize Everglow Love and relevant service providers to use it as reasonably necessary to produce, fulfil and support the order.
11. Intellectual property and prohibited use
Original Everglow Love branding and store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive activity; interfere with security; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
12. Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and other third-party services for hosting, payments, production, fulfilment, shipping, analytics and related functions. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
13. Errors and corrections
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, shipping charges, transit times, availability errors or other mistakes. If an obvious error affects an order, we may contact the customer with available options or cancel the order and issue the applicable refund.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.
