Jewellery

  • Keep jewellery dry and remove it before bathing, swimming or prolonged exposure to moisture.
  • Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, lotions, cleaning products and harsh chemicals.
  • Wipe gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth after use.
  • Store separately in a dry place to reduce scratching and tangling.

Watches

  • Avoid water unless the product page expressly states a water-resistance rating.
  • Keep away from strong impacts, magnets, extreme heat and harsh chemicals.
  • Clean the case and band gently with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Battery replacement or mechanical servicing should be completed by a suitable watch technician when required.

Leather and vegan-leather items

  • Keep away from prolonged moisture, direct heat and harsh cleaners.
  • Wipe gently with a soft, lightly damp cloth when needed and allow the item to air dry.
  • Do not soak, machine wash or tumble dry.
  • Use only a care product suitable for the exact material stated on the product page.

Blankets

  • Follow the care label supplied with the blanket.
  • Wash with similar colours using a gentle cycle and mild detergent unless the label says otherwise.
  • Avoid bleach and excessive heat.

Mugs and tumblers

  • Follow the care instructions supplied with the item.
  • Hand washing can help preserve printed designs.
  • Do not use in a microwave or dishwasher unless the product page or supplied instructions expressly state that it is suitable.
  • Inspect drinkware before use and discontinue use if it is cracked or damaged.

Acrylic displays

  • Clean with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents and rough materials that can scratch the surface.
  • Keep electrical bases, cables and connectors away from water.
