Follow the product-specific instructions supplied with your item. The following general guidance applies unless a product page or package states otherwise.

Jewellery

• Keep jewellery dry and remove it before bathing, swimming or using household chemicals.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion and cleaning products.
• Wipe gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth after use.
• Store separately in a dry place to reduce scratching and tangling.

Watches

• Avoid water unless the product page states a specific water-resistance rating.
• Keep the watch away from strong chemicals, impact and prolonged moisture.
• Clean the case and band with a soft, dry cloth.

Leather products

• Keep away from water, heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh household cleaners.
• Natural variation in colour and texture can occur.

Blankets and textiles

Follow the care label attached to the product. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach unless the label specifically permits it.

Drinkware

Follow the product page and care label for dishwasher and microwave suitability. Do not assume a product is dishwasher- or microwave-safe unless this is stated.

Acrylic products

Handle by the edges where practical. Clean gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and avoid harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners.
