Everglow Love is a Canadian online keepsake business offering made-to-order gifts, including personalized and non-personalized products.
Everglow Love is the seller, customer-facing brand and point of contact for orders. Products are produced, personalized, packed and dispatched through ShineOn, a third-party production and fulfilment partner.
Depending on product and routing, an order may be produced or dispatched from a fulfilment facility outside Canada. Current production, shipping-origin, customs and delivery information is provided in the Shipping Policy.
6. Delivery market and currency
The online store accepts orders for eligible delivery addresses in the United States, Canada, and international destinations available through checkout. Store prices and checkout totals are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout using Shopify Payments, PayPal or another payment method displayed at checkout.
Payment-card and payment-account information is handled by the applicable payment provider under its own terms and privacy notice. Everglow Love does not normally receive or store a complete payment-card number.

Material errors will be corrected. Where an error affects a submitted order, Everglow Love will contact the customer with available options or issue the applicable refund.
